One (1) winner, selected at random from all eligible entries, will be awarded a gift
certificate redeemable for one (1) Colossal Sundae.

No purchase necessary. Purchase or payment of any kind will not increase chances of winning.

The contest is open to all people who like and/or share the image posted to the Pete's Dairy 
Bar Facebook page. Employees of Pete's Dairy Bar and their families are not eligible to win
this contest.

The winner must pick up their prize, in person (with appropriate identification) at Pete's 
Dairy Bar in St. George, NB. They must collect their prize within one week of drawing.
Failure to do so results in forfeiture and a new drawing may be held. The prize may not
be transferred from the winner to another person(s).

The winner also agrees to have their picture taken & posted to the Pete's Dairy Bar 
Facebook page as well at PetesDairyBar.com. Likeness may be used for possible future 
promotional purposes.

If the winner is unable to claim, or declines, the prize another name will be drawn, 
at random, from the remaining valid entries.

No cash or other substitutes are permitted.

Contest may be cancelled at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. 

In the event the contest is cancelled, the prize will not be awarded.
