PETE'S DAIRY BARY - COVID PROTOCOLS for 2021

ALL customers will have to wear a mask, correctly, at all times.
That means over your nose & mouth and NOT pulling it down to order.


You must maintain a 2 metre (or 6') space between yourself and other
customers. Social distancing has been "a thing" for a year now and will
continue to be required.


Our maximum in-store capacity will be 5 groups of 2 people.

We have 5 (five) socially-distanced spots inside the shop and can allow up
to 2 (two) people (E.g. a couple or parent and 1 child) to occupy a spot.

For instance, we could have 3 individuals and 2 couples, for a total of 7.
Or 4 couples and an individual, for a total of 9 people. Or 4 individuals
and a couple, for a total of 6.

Our staff will have the final say, at their discretion, on these possible
"combinations."


The public bathroom will NOT be available & remain closed.


There is NO seating inside of the shop. You will have to leave and enjoy
your treats outside once your order has been filled & paid for.


We're asking that you form an orderly, socially-distanced, line along the
LEFT side of the sidewalk. You must be masked in line (according to public
health guidelines) and NOT block any driveways.


You may NOT loiter inside the shop or outside potentially blocking the
sidewalk. We ask that you place your order, collect & pay for it then
leave to give other customers waiting their opportunity to come in. You
will have to have your ice cream in your vehicle or in another area away
from the shop, such as the picnic tables across the street.


Our staff can, at their discretion, ask/remind you to to observe any/all of
these protocols. This includes wearing your mask properly, maintaining
social distancing rules or asking you to leave the shop if you choose to not
co-operate.
