Please note, these rules apply for July 19th ONLY. Slightly different
rules apply outside of this day.


Here are the rules* (We'll also post them in the Notes section and on
our website for quicker/future reference.)

* This contest is for INDIVIDUALS ONLY. NO GROUPS.

* You MUST sign-up between Noon and 3PM on July 19th at the counter, inside
Pete's Dairy Bar. The actual Colossal Challenge will begin at 3PM and
hourly after that if we have more than 4 participants.

* If more than 4 individuals sign-up, we will divide them into groups and
have groups compete each hour until all groups have been served. (I.E.
Group A goes at 3PM, Group B goes at 4PM, Group C goes at 5PM, etc)

* You must pay, in advance, for your Colossal Sundae ($25) at sign-up. This
is a non-refundable amount.

* You will have 30 minutes to eat the entire Colossal Sundae. Judge(s) will
determine if you've finished it to their satisfaction, or not.

* You MAY NOT leave the table for any reason. Once you start eating, you
must stay until either you finish, 30 minutes elapses or you give up.

* Participant(s) agree to have their photo(s) taken before, during & after
the Challenge.

* Judges decisions are final & reserve the right to disqualify any
individual for any reason they deem necessary. This includes, but is not
limited to, breaking any of the above rules.
